Q: Why can't you do shout outs for people on Twitter to follow me?
A: We get several requests every day from our followers on Twitter to do shout outs to the rest of our followers to follow their account aswell. If you take a look at how many followers Godsic has today (at the time of this entry 26.350 followers) you will surely come to the same conclusion as we have: it's simply too many requests of this kind to fill, and too many people to please! If we were to do shout outs for everyone we wouldn't be able to do anything else. Plus it wouldn't be fair if we did shout outs for some, and not for others. So, please respect and understand that we can't help you with this! Some accounts that help us a bit extra we occasionally do shout outs for: radio shows, magazines, other bands and people that we know personally etc..

Q: What does "Godsic" stand for? Are you a satanic band?
A: Godsic is just a name with no connection to any religious beliefs. We are all atheists, and NO, we are not worshipping Satan.

Q: When will "As the Heavens Burn" be released? Why haven't an official release date been published?
A: As we're all perfectionist, and want to deliver the album sounding just the way it's intended we haven't set an exact date for the release yet. As we're still an unsigned band we also have to sort out a deal with a label once the album recording is finished. Usually it takes a label about 3-4 months, from the time the album is recorded, mixed and mastered, to prepare for the release. We're definately aiming at a 2012 release!

Q: What are your influences?
A: We all listen to lots of different bands and music, but to name a few that have influenced us: Fear Factory, Slipknot, Meshuggah, Killswitch Engage, Carcass, Arch Enemy, Bring me the Horizon, Breach the Void, Tesseract, Textures, The Sorrow, Soilwork, In Flames, At the Gates..

Q: Are you going to come to my country on tour?
A: We can't wait to go out on tour and meet all you people who like our music, and of course we hope to be able to tour everywhere! We have decided to wait with the booking of tours until the album has been released, to concentrate 100% on getting the album finished and out there for you to purchase and listen to. It also depends on what label and booking agent we ink a deal with. Smaller labels don't have the funds for tour support, and bigger labels do, so let's hope we are able to sign with a major label.

Q: Will the album be a full length album, or just a EP? How many songs will the album contain?
A: "As the Heavens Burn" is a full length release, and it will contain 13 tracks. As of now we don't have the final song titles for all the songs, and that's why we haven't specified a complete track listing yet.

Q: Have you played in any bands before, and have you released any albums prior to Godsic?
A: Yes, we are all experienced musicians and have all released albums with different bands for years. Our members have been members of the following known bands: Carnal Forge, Construcdead, Grave, Face Down, Dog Faced Gods, Kaamos.

Q: Who runs the official Godsic Twitter account?
A: Peter (Vocals) does all the tweeting.

Q: I am a DJ and have my own radio show, can I get a hold of the songs for broadcasting? Do you do radio interviews?
A: Yes, send an email using the form on our "Contact" page with info on your show/radio station (website link etc), and we'll hook you up with the songs. Yes, we do radio interviews too. Send us an email and we'll schedule it.

Q: I am a journalist and I want to do an interview with Godsic for my magazine/newspaper/fanzine/webzine. Where do I send my interview?
A: We're happy to answer any interviews you throw our way! Send an email using the form on our "Contact" page to get in touch with us.

Q: I am interested in running my own Godsic street team. How do I go about this?
A: Send us a direct message or a mention at Twitter, and we'll see what we can do!
